This website (Website) is owned and operated by Pro Campo Ltd ABN 55030630783 trading as Wedderburn Christian Campsite (WCC, we, us or our).
By accessing any page of the Website (other than the Home Page) the user of this Website (the “User”) agrees to be bound by and accepts these Terms and Conditions, which the User acknowledges to have read and understood. The User makes use of this Website at the User’s own risk and by doing so releases the Owner from any claims of any kind arising out of that use. The User is otherwise referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “you”.
Data collection
WCC employs a third-party system to handle certain data we collect from the User through an online Guest Portal for the purpose of organising camp related administration. We ensure that these contractors have appropriate safeguards in place to meet the standards outlined in the Privacy Act and our Privacy Policy (published on our website) and that data is stored securely in Australia and backed up appropriately. The Owner will retain certain data for the purpose of statistical gathering and analysis, of the data will be used to develop products and services associated with the Centre. Under no circumstances will data be sold or distributed to any third party.

We agree to You accessing the Website and accessing or downloading Content from the Website in accordance with these Terms.
Website and Content
We endeavour to keep all content available on the Website, including (without limitation) any statements, representations and information up to date and accurate, we cannot guarantee that the Website or the Content on the Website will be up to date or accurate.
